By booking a service with Golden Age Building Service LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services as agreed upon during booking. Specific tasks are outlined in our cleaning checklists and service description
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We may request access to the property before or during cleaning.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on property size, condition, and selected services.
Additional fees may apply for extra services (e.g., oven, refrigerator, post-construction, or specialty cleaning).
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the following payment methods:

✅ Zelle
Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds are given once a service has been completed, but we offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee (see Section 5).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional charge.
6. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe access to the property on the scheduled date.
If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions (e.g., faulty wiring, broken furniture, unstable flooring).
7. Liability & Damages
We take care with all property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages or items not secured properly.
Fragile or high-value items should be put away before service.
We are insured for general liability.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous (e.g., biohazards, unsafe environments).
For the safety of our staff, we do not handle mold, pest infestations, or hazardous waste.
To reduce the risk of injury to employees we do not move heavy objects, flip mattresses, etc. We do not clean vomit, blood, urine or excrement. The employee will leave the job site if their safety is in danger and the client is responsible for the cost of the job.
9. Privacy
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
